Where do you ship from?
All Comfybay orders are shipped directly from Greece. Our team carefully prepares each package before it begins its journey to you — whether you’re just across town or halfway around the world.
Hope for a return?
We completely understand — sometimes an item just isn’t what you expected, or it simply doesn’t feel quite you. That’s perfectly okay. You can request a return (via email or WhatsApp) within 14 days from the date you received your order. If your return is approved, please send the item back to us within 5 business days, following the provided return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return — and as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and shows no signs of wear or alteration — you can choose between a store credit (to keep shopping your favorites) or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What happens if I receive a defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs for defective products are fully covered by Comfybay.
Please send us a clear photo and a short note describing the issue via email or WhatsApp. Our team will review it immediately. Once we confirm the problem, we’ll contact you to discuss your options — replacement or refund.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within Greece only. Simply select this option at checkout, and you can pay when your order arrives at your door.

A little care from you will help your bag or accessory stay beautiful for years to come.
For genuine leather: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or humidity, and store your bag in its protective pouch when not in use.
For vegan leather: Clean gently using a slightly damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not use alcohol-based products or harsh cleaners.
